Pretty straightforward, hit 500 Homeruns! This is cumulative across season and exhibition games.

I did this in one season by playing with The Sirloins on Ego 0 and was hitting anywhere from 30-60 homeruns per game. Just hold the X button after the pitch and try to hit it at as close to 99 as possible. I also found that pressing down slightly on the left stick helped to get more fly balls.

You can check your progress in game by looking at your stats. The achievement app also tracked this perfectly for me as well.
