This achievement is quite buggy as the quest never appeared during my playthrough but there is a way to unlock it which worked for me. In game you can find a "quest" menu on the bottom of the screen which when click shows 7 tabs. Click the controller icon and check if the achievement is displaying "Reach Banking 1". Now you just want to check that menu every once in a while, eventually it should unlock showing spinning gears and the unlock notification, note this could take one click, or hundreds of attempts. Also you may want to construct the bank in the town hall's "Economy Constuction's" tab before attempting this. -

This is the easiest achievement in the game, all you need to do is launch the game on Windows 10 or 11, allow Xbox services to connect, and achievement unlocked. -

From the main lobby click on "Inventory", then "Custom Skins", click "New Skin", then "Low Resolution", and enter any name in "Skin Name", click "Create Skin", click "Blank Skin" and then the check mark.
Inventory > Custom Skins > New Skin > Low Resolution > Create Skin > Blank Skin > Finish

The earliest and easiest you can earn this is by entering any level, clicking the coat hanger icon on the top-left corner, then click the free coins icon on the bottom-right corner, and click the watch ad button until you unlock the achievement which is about 100 times. You can also use this to unlock the other coin based achievements and get the funds to unlock all the clothing. -

Easiest way to unlock this achievement is by using an Auto Clicker. It will cut close but it works. -

Open an Expert puzzle then go to https://anysudokusolver.com/ and just fill the empty cells with the already known numbers. It will automatically solve the Sudoku puzzle, then Rinse and repeat 10 times and the Achievement is yours. You can also use this to unlock Flawless at the same time. -

When you beat Loco Motives you’ll be on the map. You’ll Click The Chess Piece, Chest, Cannon, Pond, Boat, Dice, and Checkers Piece. Then Achievement Should Pop. -

To make an Enchanted Golden Apple you need 8 Gold Blocks and 1 Apple.
Fill the edge of the Crafting Table Grid with the Gold Blocks and in the middle place an Apple. And eat the Enchanted Golden Apple and the achievement will pop. -

To build a bed place 3 pieces of Wool on the top and 3 pieces of Wood Planks on the bottom.
Then find a flower and break it and turn it into dye by opening a Crafting Table and placing It on any part of the grid. Place the Bed in the middle of the grid and place the dye anywhere next to it. Take it out of the grid and then the achievement should pop.
