NoBadKittens posted a guide for Can't You Read?.

This is another very easy achievement that can be gained on the first level (though it could theoretically be attained on any level really). Almost directly in front of where you start on the first level of the first world, you will find a wooden sign which indicates danger. Simply fall off the world next to this sign to unlock this achievement. It should be noted this achievement has been recognized as being somewhat laggy or bugged, so you may have to do it a number of times before it unlocks, but it will eventually pop.

NoBadKittens posted a guide for Expressionism.

Noodle, our slithery little friend, can make faces! In order to make faces, you must simply press in the 4 directions on the D-Pad five times each to make every single expression. A very simple, and easy 15 gamerscore. Also you get to see a cute snake make cute faces, so it's a win/win all around.

NoBadKittens posted a guide for Rocky beginnings.

Throughout the game you will come across 20 blue orbs scattered throughout each level. These are called "Wisps". Simply put, there are 4 achievements tied to gathering these wisps, and this one is for the first world, known as Bol-Dor's Realm. All you have to do is collect every wisp in each level (totaling 80 across the worlds 4 levels) and beat the level with them. Some can be in very hidden locations, or tough to reach spots, so a video guide is highly recommended.

Almost the exact opposite of "Gate Crasher". This time, instead of gathering the various Keystones and getting to the exit with them, this one tasks you with gathering them one at a time and turning each in separately. Again, not very difficult to do, and could easily be unlocked on the first level.

NoBadKittens posted a guide for Gate Crasher.

In the game, you proceed through each level by collecting 3 separate Keystones (one green, one yellow and one magenta) and then, come the end of the level, you simply squirm on up to the exit and they will enter their respective spaces on their own. This is honestly pretty straight forward and will come simply with playing the game. It will likely be the first achievement unlocked even.
