B8TINGU posted a guide for So many secrets.

Hard to miss. You get this after the Prologue if you chose to watch/play it. When you first get control and are walking to the left as go through the tutorial pop ups, I believe it is the second tutorial where it instructs you on how to fall below platforms, don't do that just quite yet. You should see a sparkle of gold just above that area. Just jump over to it and walk in to the Not -so-"Secret" area. Your achievement should unlock when you to claim it.

B8TINGU posted a guide for So much coins.

Pretty self explanatory. I got this while playing for the first time, about the 3rd or 4th race (which are random) that was pretty lucky, but if you have not got this and need a little help you might want to try this: Upgrade your magnet and/or the jetpack as well so that they last longer. This will help if you find one it will last longer so that you may be able to find another within the time limit.

B8TINGU posted a guide for I See You.

Missable, but very easy and probably should be your first achievement in the game. When you first take control of Finn, there should be a ladder in the back of the room you start in. Go and use that ladder. (You'll be on a boat/patio?) you should see a telescope, walk up to it and scroll through until you see three kingdoms and you your should get this.

B8TINGU posted a guide for Down But Not Out.

Supposedly you can not get this in "My Player" mode. I was in a "Play Now" game not a season or career mode of any sort, this achievement shouldn't be that hard, but just realize this can not be any mix throws besides what it states. Meaning, It can not be: one ball and two strikes or preceded by a foul ball it must be two strikes in a row. Depending on your skill level this should be relatively easy..because mine is almost will nil in this game and I got this in the third inning, but bare in mind I was going for another achievement.

B8TINGU posted a guide for Friend of Wally.

Yes this is story related and pretty much your first achievement of the game. I hope your good at Sim management. Your first two levels are tutorials. In level two you meet Princess Bethany and in level three you will have to make a home for Wally, her pet. Follow the instructions to upgrade to get the home for Wally, let me explain the upgrades to make it a little easier:

Wally's home is the fourth tier: Flower, Herb Garden, Park, Pond, (get the prints) and then finally build Wally's Home. This should not only get you the achievement but also end this level.

B8TINGU posted a guide for We Are the Champions, My Friend.

This is a story related achievement, but first you go through an introduction to both main characters...as you progress you first meet "death?" or a demon who claims to be death, do not try and fight it or you will loose all the time, just turn tail and run toward a church in the background. Once inside the church the story continues and you will next be part of a siege against a castle, this will introduce you to the stats and leveling system of the game. At the end of this siege you fight the first "mini boss" which really is just more story, it's an extremely easy fight. End level, play with stats and leveling if you wish and continue on to the Tournament...this is a multi part tournament which is your official tutorial of combat....fight through the tournament and the tutorials to face the next super easy "mini boss", once beaten the stats page comes back up and FINALLY you get this achievement. You are also introduced to the "curse" gage....

B8TINGU posted a guide for Survival Mode victory.

Very easy to achieve. This is a straight up one v one fight but for some reason you have to choose three starring characters for your team. From the main menu choose Survival pick any three characters you wish, I would either go with someone who is a power or speed character (there are different color octagon shapes next to the names of characters which denote this. For instance Purple PW means Power, Red SP is Speed and there is a Yellow TECH for technique?) Now when the match begins simply beat your first opponent. This should be extremely easy and personally my fight only took about four seconds with a total spam of the A attack button. Once you get this first victory let the next opponent beat you. This defeat ends the game and you should get your achievement within the next few screens after you save. Saving is always the key with Koi games. The reason you should loose after your first fight because there seems to be some contention over a possible glitch that will not let the achievement unlock if you win more than one fight.

B8TINGU posted a guide for First Contact.

Defeat your first enemy, tutorials don't count. Any enemy, the achievement will unlock during your first battle when the first enemy is defeated, yes mid battle, then just finish the rest of them off.

B8TINGU posted a guide for High School Orientation.

Quick and easy one for you, yet missable! So at anytime go to the main menu choose: Tutorial, now there are quite a few instructions to go through, but this is so easy, just follow the instructions...if you pass great, if you don't pass it gives you an option to retry OR an option to skip, so skip it! Move on to the next instructional wash an repeat to the very end and weather you did great or didn't even try at all when the last one is complete you will get this achievement. In all it takes about 5-10 minutes depending on how you want to play it.

B8TINGU posted a guide for Unleashing Secret Powers.

Yes, you guessed it, this achievement is cumulative. Unfortunately you will have to play the main story enough to get you to a place called Dillmoore, it's about a half an hour into the game and it's story related so you wont be able to miss this. When you first travel to Dillmoore you will get a small instructional on how to "Timeshift", after that this ability is unlocked and can be used at any time by pressing RB to activate it. Simply activate this 100 times and you'll get his achievement. You can get this through normal story and battle progress and you probably will, but to get it faster here's what you do: press RB and activate then pull the RT to stop it. (you don't have to wait through the 9 seconds to deplete your timeshift for it to count), you do have to wait the 12 seconds for it to recharge before you can do it again. So as you're playing regularly you can activate it when ever to get a few extra times in or you can move to an area and boost it. Becareful because doing this near monsters will immediately pull you into battle with them, but then again you also need 100 battles for an achievement, so why not right?

B8TINGU posted a guide for Surface survivor.

This is just a quick way to get this out of the way when you get to the "tutorial battle" on your first mission an NPC called Miester will accompany you, and teaches you how to fight. Your first enemy is an Omamato it will patrol the area very slowly audit also shoots very slowly, so its very easy to dodge and stay out of the way...you see where I'm going with this? Miester will help keep it distracted while you go get your first power up, Well grab that power up orb then just run around the area until the achievement unlocks. DO NOT KILL THE Omamato until you get the achievement, other wise the mission promptly ends and you have to get another mission. Of course you can just get this naturally doing that anyway. To make this even easier there is a little counter in the bottom left hand corner of your screen and guess what, its counting down from 15 minutes! I've herd that if you pause the game the tie won't count, but I actually did pause the game for a quick bathroom break and came back and my achievement unlocked 4 minutes early according to the timer on screen.

B8TINGU posted a guide for First steps.

Do the first level on hard. Most of your enemies come from the middle, so go heavy on traps for that lane, spend all your essence there for the first wave and also fight the monsters yourself and let the traps help you. Second wave comes from the right side set up a trap or two and then do the same thing, but this time you have to keep an eye on two lanes, still no real problems though. You may want to watch you essence as you fight and as soon as you get enough for another trap go throw one down where you think you may need it. Third wave opens the left lane and now you have three lanes to deal with, put traps around the left lane. This is the only wave that got a little hectic, but not bad. Start your wave and repeat the process of running around and fighting hand to hand all around the map. Always check up where the monsters converge and head to the exit and you should have no real problems. I'm terrible at these games at I got this easy with a 100% kill rate. Note: One giant showed up for me at the end from the left lane. Finishing this level on hard gave me 3 stars and that is enough for this achievement.

B8TINGU posted a guide for Those eyes can pierce a man's soul.

This might not be your first achievement of the game, but it should be.

When you first start the game and are able to control your character the first room you are is a set of stairs leading up and along side the wall going up (right side) will be a bunch of paintings, {now look at the painting that is the graphic for this achievement} now find it on the wall. It should be the one at the very top left hand corner.

The best way of making sure this works is to open the achievement tracker and look for the Secret Achievement that the % is going up. If one of these is not going up, you'll probably have to get closer to it. Go all the way up the stairs and look at it from the second floor landing, you'll be at a pretty bad angle but now check your progress meter and it should be going up.

    WARNING:
Do not move or look away or your progress meter stops and I believe resets. Then you'll have to get back into position again and wait, you won't see the progress meter going up right away like you did before... but the progress you had won't go away either, but you are still going to have to wait, so just wait an extra minute or two for it to catch back up and then it should resume. If it doesn't resume in a the five minute window of time then your not in the right spot and will have to try and figure out where you were. You can also try zooming in on the painting also (push the right thumb stick in)

You can also work on another Achievement while you do this. Art Connoisseur

B8TINGU posted a guide for Yellow belt.

You should get this achievement after A champion is born for completion of the basic "tutorials" it unlocks just after the 6th fight.
  • B8TINGU

B8TINGU posted a guide for A champion is born.

Yup, you guessed it, it's a tutorial just follow along with the exceptionally horrible story and follow the instructions to continue into the next match, it not to physically taxing and you actually don't have to use what you learned or do what it tells you, just make sure you win. There are 6 fights with 2 rounds each, with one exception (the second fight is against an invulnerable opponent, you have to survive one 60 second round by evading, or punch him enough that he rings out) either way this is probably the hardest of fights. After the 6th fight against (Wesley Snipes as Blade....lol) you'll earn this achievement.

Also you should get the achievement Yellow Belt at this time.

B8TINGU posted a guide for The Healing Touch.

This is unlocked when you reach level 10 if you have picked one of the "healing" types. I started as a sorcerer. Once you reach level 10 and if your achievement doesn't unlock in game simply back out of the game and restart/ log back in. (I had to start another game so I would disconnect from the servers). If you log back in with the character you have reached level 10 with, this achievement will unlock as you load in.

B8TINGU posted a guide for Favorite Snack.

On the second stage you get to there be flying monkeys!! Sometimes they carry bananas...just jump up and smack them out of the sky. If they drop a banana you have to actually pick it up for this to count, because sometimes you may die before you get to it or you may accidently jump over it.

Monkeys don't always drop bananas, it's every two to four times you kill one, they'll drop one. You can simply grind this by playing the second stage over and over or go for them as you progress.

B8TINGU posted a guide for Activated.

Story related: You get this after you complete the tutorial. Just after you retake the police station from the roof battle you get a quick weapons modifications tutorial. Repel off the roof and head to Manhattan. (it will show you the way) After/during the cut scene this should unlock.

B8TINGU posted a guide for Shut that door.

Should/could be the first achievement you get as it's super easy. You can get this at the very beginning of the game (in the tutorial) once you gain control of your character simply run around bit and find any car with a door that is open (which should be practically all of them, target the door to take cover (Press the A button near the car) and slam that door shut with your shoulder, I got it by simply taking cover and sliding along the car from the back and the tales closes the door.

B8TINGU posted a guide for Go Ahead And Jump.

This you will get in the Forrest Kingdom (which is the next portal after the Ice Kingdom, pretty much story related)

Once in the Forest Kingdom grab a kefling and then walk around toward the bottom left of the kingdom and find some cannons (Important DO NOT MOVE THE CANNONS YET) since your holding your keeling simply drop it into the first cannon and watch him go!!! Just sit back and chuckle to yourself and wait, your achievement should unlock shortly. (some have said they have had to wait a few minutes. If for some reason it does not and your freaking out or you moved a cannon simply grab two of the cannons that are the same hight and face them directly in front of each other so that they are facing each other, leave no space between them so it will be an instant transfer. If you want, you can open a sub menu on the cannons by pressing A and then select the highest/fastest setting. Now go grab kefling and drop it in. BAM! Instant achievement.

B8TINGU posted a guide for All You Need Is Doug.

This is story related and should be the first achievement in the game. NOTE: You may have to talk to the Kefkimo (Bob) who is trying to get your attention.. to be able to make the fire pit so you might as well go ahed and get this out of your way, Its funny though I don't recommend skipping thru any of the conversations as they are all funny and give you insight as to what your supposed to be doing.

All you need is to follow the first tutorial really. To make this even faster and easier: At the start of the game walk over to the trees and chop some wood.. take it directly to the only standing structure (Work hut) and deposit it. Press A and open the build menu to build the only object you can (a terrace) and then press A to build it, the only takes a few seconds. Pick up the new built terrace and put it down next to the three other pieces of terrace already laid out next to the work hut, this should make the four pieces of terrace combine and make a Fire Pit, walk directly to the right of the newly created fire pit and find a blue kefkimo (He's frozen) pick him up and take him directly to the fire pit and set him next to it. He will thaw out and....achievement unlocked.

B8TINGU posted a guide for You Chose... Poorly.

One of the really easy and missable achievements (and it's story related!!)

When you get to the mission to save Matt Miller you get a choice: either save your self and let Matt die or sacrifice yourself and save him. You will be presented with two doors: a RED door (which you will choose for the achievement) and a blue door Remember choose the RED door here. Unfortunately like it says you die!!! but you get your achievement. You will also get sent back to your last checkpoint and eventually return to this exact scenario, this time just choose the blue door and continue the game. Sorry Matt.
