All you need to do is...

1. Register your Gamertag using the form on the HappyDungeons.net website (located near the bottom of the page) by September 10, 2017.
2. After registering, wait until 7:00 am September 12, 2017 (UTC) and load Happy Dungeons.
3. In-game, go to Inbox under the Gift tab to collect your present.
4. You have until 6:59 am on September 30, 2017 (UTC) to collect your present. If save data is created after this period then you will be unable to collect your present.

Note: You will unlock the A Journey of 1000 Miles! achievement during this process. There isn't any way around it if you want to receive your item, but not start the game.
