This one can be a little tricky, much like the manual one-timer achievement. I did this in Be A Pro, and think it requires being position locked (conf?). You need to make a pass with the right bumper (RB) to a player who scores a goal. You also need to be the person making the last pass, getting the 2nd assist won't work (did it 2-3 times). The part that makes it a little tricky is that it's an elevated pass that will often miss its target, and it doesn't have pass assist like the right trigger passes do. You can make a bank pass off the boards to a player, or cross-crease, or from behind the net to the slot for best results. It can be frustrating, since they will often pass it back to you or to someone else, if your pass even connects. I finally got it on a crossing pass from the far left boards along the goal line to a player whose stick was almost already in the net so he couldn't miss. It doesn't necessarily need to say "Saucer Pass" above your head for it to count, since mine showed up as "Pass To Slot", even though it was a RB saucer pass.
