The best spot to get this is at the end of "Level 5" at the flying eye balls spawn.

Note: Make sure you don't spam the whipping attack as most of it wont count because the game will count the kill only once the sound of whipping occurs thats why this achivement is glitchy for all peoples because they keep spamming the whip attack.
