Question about Glitched

I got an achievement yesterday in Create, which has achievements that are no longer possible to get because the servers shut down. Shouldn't this cause the Glitched badge to be awarded since there are unattainable achievements?

A glitched achievement is an achievement that has never been obtainable by any tracked gamer. Creates achievements were obtainable at one time. So server closers are not set for that badge.

It would have to be an achievement that should have been obtainable.
